Windy ride with Ben for the first hour. Felt decent and pushed the effort at times. Tired at the end.

Bit longer and a bit hillier. Felt a bit tired from Ballater to Crathie but that may be due to the gradual uphill or headwind. Should probably go slightly shorter on Friday like only one hour.

Cycle #6 - 75 minutes
Same as I did with Ewan but with the Raeburn loop as well. 32km in total. Pushed the effort a bit higher and it felt good which is encouraging.
