Felt good today given yesterdays run. Quite stiff but worked on some of the climbs and was the fastest since i've been back.

Encouraging. Legs felt a bit slow and heavy but strong which is the important bit. Ran the Canters loop but got a bit lost with Brad so longer than intended.
