Legs feel tired, about as tired as they felt in early August. Frustrating times.

With Colin round the Campus. Since starting Uni i've just felt physically off like I've taken a step back in my recovery and that strongly showed today. Cut it short because I just felt tired and legs were quite heavy. Might just have to put running and training to one side for a bit longer and focus on getting fully recovered before I start trying to stress the body to try get back to fitness. Its hard because motivation is high to get back training in a new environment.

Still quite tired today after two poor nights of sleep. Headed out West and felt tired in the first half but better in the second. Roads definitely not as nice as i'm used to but will do fine. Not going to push things this week if i'm still tired so will just see what happens.
