With Colin round the Campus. Since starting Uni i've just felt physically off like I've taken a step back in my recovery and that strongly showed today. Cut it short because I just felt tired and legs were quite heavy. Might just have to put running and training to one side for a bit longer and focus on getting fully recovered before I start trying to stress the body to try get back to fitness. Its hard because motivation is high to get back training in a new environment.
