Nice morning out over Dukes Pass. Mostly easy effort with a few harder climbs and struggled towards the end.

Grass run (30' steady + 5 diagonals) 34:30 [3] 7.9 km (4:22 / km)

Started a bit too fast but managed to get into a fast rhythm in the last few km's. Effort felt a bit higher than Thursday but the pace was significantly faster, i guess thats the price i pay for running without pace on my watch. Diagonals felt okay but legs a bit more tired.

Did 30' of stretches before hand and felt better for it when running. Legs moving a lot better today, possibly due to the sprints on Tuesday. Diagonals felt good but still a little awkward at top speed.

Turned out to be a bit harder than i expected it to be. Using sprinting muscles that haven't been used in a long time.
