Orienteering 25:00 [3]

Quick cap exercise in the uni woods. Beginning to know them too well to gain much from nav exercises. Mostly walked it because my energy levels still feel very low, blood tests back tomorrow not that i'm expecting them to flag anything up.

Grass laps
Felt pretty easy for most with a nice gradual progression. Tired marginally in the last 5 minutes but overall happy enough with energy levels.

Cycling 55:00 [3]

A few trails in Hermitage and Mine Woods with USCC. The other guys headed for another lap but I peeled off at BoA to save my energy.

Note

Went to the GP again but he didn't have much of an idea as to my fluctuating energy levels. It is what I expected would happen though. Got another round of bloods taken for thyroid, iron, full blood count and referred to a sports specialist in the Uni but thats not until mid March.
