Finding this useful for gauging how much energy my body has got and also for keeping a bit of strength and flexibility.
Legs a little tired but able to balance okay. Tight hamstrings and hips.

40' uphill and back down (some stop and start but that was moving time). Up the ridge behind Carn Aosta, nice conditions above 600m.

Blood test results. Fine for glucose, thyroid and iron. White blood cell count higher than it should be so got it repeated. Should get the results before Friday.

Orienteering 20:00 [3] 2.95 km (6:47 / km) +50m 6:15 / km

STUOC star relay. Good fun, essentially about a minute of running with a few minutes rest which suited me well. Two areas one forest and one urban. Nav was ok not brilliant.
