rhr:49 (rest day)
Think I've been in a mini crash since sunday, just very shallow (every day would have been a good day in Feb). Should have done less exercise but oh well - I wasn't getting post exertanial fatigue. Spent 2.5 hours meditating yesterday (normally aim for 1 hour) and feeling a tad stressed in the evening. A good thing cause energy is coming back. Feeling good today but going to o have a good rest day just to make sure.
