Note

Need more sleep!! Think this time it's pots since I've drunk almost a litre of water so far. I've stopped counting bottles but would be surprised if I'm not drinking over 3L/day. Weather getting hotter and doing more exercise is probably not helping.also possibly pre-peropd which always makes me feel worse. Think I need to be more on top of electrolyte/salt/lemon juice to make sure I'm hydrated enough. It's kinda hard to drink much more given that my daoly awake hours are 12 or less.
For now, o should stop talking and try to sleep..

Arms and legs feeling tired so had a very lazy feel. Feeling somewhat dazed. Think I'm kind of on top of digestion though.
