Body has energy but feeling extremely tired. Can cope with 1 or 2 nights with no sleep but a.couple of weeks with limited amounts gets increasingly worse. Getting close to my sleep tolerance.limit
Edit: turns out my mental breaking point is quite close to my physical limit. Don't think I'll be doing much today. Sleeeeepy. At least when I had sleep issues over Christmas it was to do with the nervous system there was a limit to how tired I could get before my body gave in. Should be ok in a few days.sleep was a bit better last night and this happens every month - I was just lacking in sleep before hand and it cumulates every night.
Bodies beginning to ache + have had a sore throat since bike other day + headache stronger than normal.
