Felt tired the past couple of days but don't think it's mostly physical. Feels like some combination of over doing concentration, lack of sleep and increasing amount of tea, just hard to tell how much difference each is making.
Other alternative is I had the infrared sauna a couple of hours earlier than normal the past couple or days. Didn't think it would make a huge difference but feeling normal (for now which is still tired) after. Will be interesting to see how I sleep tonight.
