Sleep was really good apart from awake 4-6. Very expected but not sure what else I could have done. Feeling ok.
2 X 2 min (1 min) actual intervals felt quite good, a lot easier than my 2 min hard last week. Wd is way too intense though and given I have to go uphill think I may make myself walk if I ever do anything harder.
