Pentland skyline. So much fun, really enjoyed it but got a blister on the bottom of my foot which got really sore around about south black hill. Tried to keep going but wasn't really running (especially downhill) until I got to checkpoint 12. Contemplated going on and tried for a small bit but decided that it was too far to go and I didn't have the motivation to put myself through that so gave up. Apart from that was still feeling really good in the legs.
Very pathetic to give up because of a blister but oh well, I have many more years for this kind of thing. My fault for not checking my shoes (they were fine for JEC) as the right one has got a bit worn down. Still got a decent run out of it.
Not sure of exact time as didn't stop watch when I stopped.
