Aquathlon. Only 3 girls doing the 750m swim and we happened to all be going at an identical pace.

After a v. slow transition a mostly solo effort round the seat. Think this was the time/distance/climb...

East district xc league - Stirling Uni. Raining so legs were a bit cold at the start and feeling very average so was very surprised when after about 100m I ended up right at the front when I'm usually already~20m behind. Hadn't recce-ed the course and had no idea how many hills there were so was slightly concerned that I'd gone off way to fast. Definitely had a little but not any more than normal when everyone sprints off the start. Really enjoyed racing again and a good base to start winter training from. :)

Need to stop pretending that I'm running ok before I get an actual injury. I've been massively fore foot striking and putting very little weight on my heel resulting in my calves getting very close to cramping during this session.

May once have had a blister but it got deep enough that it's completely dry + the bottom was skin coloured. Pain free whilst cycling by the end of the day though :)
