SHI's. So hard - really need to learn how to navigate. Got away with it because I'm running well at the moment and didn't make any huge mistakes but there were some very silly mistakes in there which should have been avoided. Scotland won!!! :)

Bit of a mare. Charged my headtorch but assumed I'd charged it with the battery in the torch. I hadn't so turned up without a battery - it's been a long couple of weeks. Running on my own but luckily Colm lent me his before it got too dark (lifesaver). Strap was too big though so was bouncing off my nose.
