Easy round a variation of my normal long run route at Scolty. Another really nice day and distance doesn't make a difference if it's done at an easy pace.

Fun but my sprint technique was very rusty and spent too much time thinking about trying to keep it easy

Triathlon session with Nick except skipped the 4 x 100m hard at the end. Surprisingly really miss hard aerobic FC sets but can't be bothered to get my arm strength to the point I can push.

400fc, 200bc, 200 FC kick, 200brs kick x 3 because I couldnt be bothered to make it more complicated.

With Zoe and Mark, so good to be running with people again and even managed a few hills.
A lot better now than I was at the 6 days, so hopefully I can start getting back into a routine even if it is a bit adjusted. This time I won't start running hard till I genuinely am ready.
