Swimmings making my hours look a lot bigger than they are at the moment. Using it more for mobility than training. 400fc, 200bc, 200 FC kick, 200brs kick x 3 because I couldnt be bothered to make it more complicated.

With Zoe and Mark, so good to be running with people again and even managed a few hills. A lot better now than I was at the 6 days, so hopefully I can start getting back into a routine even if it is a bit adjusted. This time I won't start running hard till I genuinely am ready.
