SHI relay, in a team with Laura and Jess. Went out in first so ran most of it on my own. Bit scrappy here and there and Cat came past fairly early on. Too far left on a control on a ride. Went back out to the path but again was too far left. Cat then also appeared and someone else. Eventually found the control but Kim caught up. Turns out a lot of people has issues with this control. Tried to keep up with Cat as much as possible but was no where near as quick. Team came 2nd. :)
HR was very high, Monitor fell down around 30 min but expect it was higher at the end than the start and 3rd Km averaged 189.
Type 2 ok after the races, don't cope quite as well in colder temperatures.

SHI individual. Lost ~10 minutes on #2. Was in the right area but couldn't rind the pit and had no idea how to relocate and couldn't work out the contours/rock. Didn't help that it was a 1:15000 scale. Have had a lot of issues with pits before. Probably because my direction isn't great so need to sort that out. Apart from that it was fairly average and probably lost 1.5-2 minutes over the rest of the course. Trace is interesting..
