Been getting increasingly tired over the past few weeks. Not quite at JWOC levels but not that far off. Sleeping ok most of the time but there's been too many nights where I've been forced to get up earlier and go to bed later than I need to. Still not able to sleep in so haven't been able to catch up on sleep; not that I've had many opportunities to do so anyway. Spent most of this morning lying in bed but realistically probably need a day which i don't have until the weekend. Will keep training very low over the next few days.
