Note

Had to sort out things in the morning but by the time i got round to starting work I realised how tired I was so rested instead. But that meant my body thought it was rest time so pretty much stayed in bed for the rest of the day. At one point tried to watch TV but gave up after 10 min. Very much needed but definitely going to regret it tomorrow.
