Still tired from Thursday. Since September I've always found that concentrating has a much greater impact than easy exercise. Not sure people believed me but easy exercise didn't make much difference at all, as long as it genuinely was easy for where I was at the time. Admittedly there were occasions I over did it but they were relatively rare.
Ridiculously tired after yesterday. Got the train home and possibly watched 30 min - 1 hour of TV but can't remember. Don't think I did anything else. Apparently uni 10-12 and 2-4 is way too much. Fell asleep at 8.30 though.
