Still tired from Thursday. Since September I've always found that concentrating has a much greater impact than easy exercise. Not sure people believed me but easy exercise didn't make much difference at all, as long as it genuinely was easy for where I was at the time. Admittedly there were occasions I over did it but they were relatively rare.

Very tight, should probably make an effort to do some stretching.
Had to rest after. Normally have to rest for an hour after waking up though and I didn't this morning so not surprising.

Ridiculously tired after yesterday. Got the train home and possibly watched 30 min - 1 hour of TV but can't remember. Don't think I did anything else. Apparently uni 10-12 and 2-4 is way too much. Fell asleep at 8.30 though.
