Baby steps.
Semi-functional all of today, although maybe because I didn't do much! Happy that last night and this morning I wanted to train. I'm getting reasonably good at working out where my exercise limits are and glad that I could do 10 minutes of easy spinning without going over them.

Eyes basically shut the last 5 min of walking back from KB, although naturally they opened again as soon as I lay down. Didn't do much from 1-5.15 but after that felt relatively good.
