Managed to do things till 4, and was generally loving life!!! Then was tired so had to rest for an hour. Fingers crossed the worst is over although I'm slightly worried I'm about to get ill. Hopefully I'll get away with it.
Not sure there's any point logging sleep. Most of the time it's a guess and I'm not sure that there's much benefit of being half asleep but conscious to being fully asleep. Recently I've been getting less proper sleep but still spending roughly the same time in bed. The main difference is now I'm not falling back asleep as appose to when I was getting 10 hours and falling back asleep twice per night.
