Very chilled. More people in the lane than usual so more faff. Chatting to Scott and Cesca before so made it shorter :)
Sleep was better than yesterday but still feeling very sleepy. Not body tired and able to do things so will probably sort itself out in a few days.

Didn't sleep very well. I think due to digestion but possibly other things as well. Did some bed digestion yoga at 3am which helped.

Sleep was ok. Didn't manage thoughts/emotions that well last night so got a little stressed.
Think this is a new max HR. Wonder how much higher it could get if I was actually trying (not willing to test it, but would be interesting)
