I love swimming.
3 x (200fc, 200bc), very peaceful.
Slept badly. Went to bed at 8.30, I know, wild. Not sure if that made a difference or not. (still go to bed at 8). Had to rest a lot after lunch so probably didn't drink enough water.

Slightly tired after 40 min. Possibly a little intense at times. Fine the next day

Overdue rest day (Wednesday doesn't count) = negative psychology/easily stressed = digestion worse = bad sleep. Don't think I got more than 3 hours but feeling better than the past few days.
