Sleep was good, feeling ok. Had energy and felt good for 4.5 min. Managed over a km! Don't feel as slow at running as I do when swimming. Maybe partly because when swimming I don't feel like I can swim any faster even if I was trying to sprint, so it's almost like running at 5-6min/km and not having the strength to go any faster. Completely different limiting factors as well.
