Note

Went to Scottish spring for the day! Really fun but a big deal for me. Rested whilst people were running and now feel tired + headache + light headed/spaced out feeling but think I'm ok! Happy :)

Swam about a bit. Not sure what I did so very approximate distance. Feeling good after and sleep was good.

Sleep was good, feeling ok.
Had energy and felt good for 4.5 min. Managed over a km!
Don't feel as slow at running as I do when swimming. Maybe partly because when swimming I don't feel like I can swim any faster even if I was trying to sprint, so it's almost like running at 5-6min/km and not having the strength to go any faster. Completely different limiting factors as well.
