Think I've been in a mini crash since sunday, just very shallow (every day would have been a good day in Feb). Should have done less exercise but oh well - I wasn't getting post exertanial fatigue. Spent 2.5 hours meditating yesterday (normally aim for 1 hour) and feeling a tad stressed in the evening. A good thing cause energy is coming back. Feeling good today but going to o have a good rest day just to make sure.
Can hear blood flowing in my head when my heart beats. It used to just be in the evenings but could hear it a lot of today. Hoping it will go away when I get better...haven't looked into it but maybe heat makes it worse??

Bit further than intended. Feeling ok immediately after but may take a precautionary rest day tomorrow depending. Think it's going to be a while before running feels natural or doesn't feel like I'm running against a resistance. Main aim is to get to the point where I can run to gym, just so my legs get used to it again. Currently they always hurt after.
Slept very badly - maybe got 3 hours? (too many possible reasons to know why but it was definitely physical in origin). Feeling better than yesterday but in need of a full rest day - it's been a while.
In the past 3 weeks I've done many times more socialising than I have done in the previous 5 months. At the start speaking to someone for between 1-2 hours took all my energy for the day, but now I'm able to do that as well as exercise and I'm still ok by the end. Really happy to be able to do it, however socialising combined with some tests/appointments has meant that I've been marginally over doing it. Expect at the moment if im not over doing it, I will have a craving to do something social so just going to have to try to balance it. Going home tomorrow so that should hopefully be a nice balance and will hopefully catch up on some energy.
