ahr:155 max:175 rhr:48

Sleep was slightly worse but probably might fault cause didn't stick to normal food times last night. Feeling a bit better.

Decided to try 15 min spinning since although I can get away with 30 minutes, it's a bit too much. So far feeling ok, so will see. Possibly went a bit too hard so hr quite high at times for a 15 min easy spin. Averaged about 130 watts (when I first started was doing ~100)

Note
rhr:46 (rest day)

Body has energy but feeling extremely tired. Can cope with 1 or 2 nights with no sleep but a.couple of weeks with limited amounts gets increasingly worse. Getting close to my sleep tolerance.limit
Edit: turns out my mental breaking point is quite close to my physical limit. Don't think I'll be doing much today. Sleeeeepy. At least when I had sleep issues over Christmas it was to do with the nervous system there was a limit to how tired I could get before my body gave in. Should be ok in a few days.sleep was a bit better last night and this happens every month - I was just lacking in sleep before hand and it cumulates every night.

Bodies beginning to ache + have had a sore throat since bike other day + headache stronger than normal.

Note

Need more sleep!! Think this time it's pots since I've drunk almost a litre of water so far. I've stopped counting bottles but would be surprised if I'm not drinking over 3L/day. Weather getting hotter and doing more exercise is probably not helping.also possibly pre-peropd which always makes me feel worse. Think I need to be more on top of electrolyte/salt/lemon juice to make sure I'm hydrated enough. It's kinda hard to drink much more given that my daoly awake hours are 12 or less.
For now, o should stop talking and try to sleep..
12 PM
