Feeling ok, sleep was ok but a lot of room for improvement. Legs and core are surprisingly not sore. Probably would be different if I tried to train but nice confidence boost.

Sleep was good. Feeling better today.

Sooo, I've basically made it to an hour. Seems crazy considering I felt much worse after 10 min of swimming 2 and a bit months ago. Today there was a little bit of tiredness immediately after but I'm feeling better after meditation. I'm not intending swim longer than an hour for a while, so I'm hoping the feeling will just get better and better. At the moment I'm not really strong enough for the amount I'm doing, so the intensity will increase as my strength increases, which I'm hoping will be slower than my health. My initial plan was to start running when I got to 60 min of swimming. I fully expected for the running temptation to be too strong to resist before this point, but I still have no motivation to run. I don't know if it's just been so long (approaching 6 months since I ran more than 2k at once) and I have a lot of negative feelings associated with running. Going to leave it a bit longer, but I expect I will try soon. Cycling will start to increase a bit soon, but the run to and from is quite stressful for my body. I expect once I'm ok with that, I'll be able to increase quite quickly. I think it's going to be a while before I will confident to exercise without meditation immediately after but that's no problem.

At the moment, my main priority is to sort out digestion. It is improving, but I still have symptoms every day. I think that is a big part of the cause for brain fog and it certainly isn't helping with sleep. Not going into details, but I'm in a much better position to sort it out now than I was a few weeks ago. I'm gradually trying to increase concentration but it's so dependent on feeling and it's so much harder to control that exercise. But it's slowly increasing. I'm just not very good at stopping when I need to and I am a long way from being able to do as much thinking as I want during the day. Therefore it's causing some fairly significant dips in feelings when I over do it. I'm going to try start recording things a bit more, it's just hard to record everything and the recording will take some concentration in itself.
