Easy round the seat. Energy good, legs had zilch. Think this was the first run where I didn't feel at all impacted by energy. :) Although that's great and I'd much rather my overall week to be limited by fitness levels than health, it is also the first time where I have an idea how fit I am and how much training I can do, and consequently was a realisation of just how big a mountain I still have to climb. Recently there has been quite a big gap between energy ability and what I'm doing (mostly), but there has still been tiredness, so it's been impossible to know how fit I actually am. I've felt like that with swimming for years, so will just have to get used to it being running as well. Going to have a much needed rest day tomorrow.
