Wandering about glen dye + a bit of river swimming. Minimal exercise early on and still feeling good by end. Huge confidence boost.

Wohoo!! Made it up Scolty :))))) Climb even felt pretty easy, at least compared to my 10 min runs a few months ago! Favourite place ever! Sleep hours were good, but I'm not sure it was the best quality; probably cause it's quite hot.

Sleep wasn't great again; however I got to sleep (I think) somewhere between 12-1am and that's so much better than 4am last month so really happy!! Not feeling great this morning, partly lack of sleep but also partly overdoing it a bit yesterday. Was slightly worried I had a cold this morning but think it's fine.
Felt decent during exercise. Kept it at a slower cadence on the first lap. As a result lap times were much closer together and arms could easily have continued.
