Not sure how long I'll have motivation to do this, but legs are getting sore so probably going to have a day off tomorrow.

Sleep good. Had a very strong running urge last night! Really exciting because means I'm getting less apprehensive of running and am able to enjoy it + feel a lot more free when doing it

Assuming that all the uncontrollable things are good, quality of sleep is still a game of balancing the ratio between tiredness Vs stress levels. Overdid concentration last night and made my body stressed. Been a long time since it's felt like this and glad I don't have this feeling every night anymore! Knew at the time so can't complain and was biggest normal day so far, but did mean I took quite a long time to get to sleep. Easy concentration day coming up and hopefully won't be many more days before I can do the same thing without stressing the body too much.

Best day yet. There was a time when not sleeping didn't make much difference to how I felt, assuming my body was relaxed overnight. That doesn't seem to be the case anymore - big progress.

Slept really well and feeling good. Up scolty and goauch then back through the terrain via some controls. Overestimated how long it would take. Final hill to get to car park felt a little tougher than I wanted and since I was over an hour felt I should walk back. Probably a good warm down! Energy straight after much better than last week!

Arms felt heavy but fastest I've swum this year. Arms were good till end to 200s. I've missed pool swimming!
