Note

Sleep wasn't the best. Good until sometime after 3 but couldn't get back to sleep for ages. Brain was all over the place and although I was sleepy I had lots of energy. Haven't yet worked out how to do energy/rest days/food in Edinburgh, but that's ok.

Pollock sprint
Expected my stomach to be sore but I did hope that I would have to at least run before it started. Instead it was sore by the time I'd gotten ready. Didn't get any worse whilst running and fine after which is the main thing. Safe to say that exercise after lunch is a no go at the moment.
Brain thinking very slowly due to lack of sleep, but good to be sprint orienteering again!

Slept reasonably well and feeling good.
Garmin gave a recovery time of over 40 hours so maybe included too much steep hills. Feeling good after yoga nidra though.

Sleep was ok but feeling good. Felt a little stressed after tea yesterday (wouldn't have noticed without meditation). Guessing it's a combo of psychology + physical reasons but not sure.
Up Scolty the back way. Really sunny and was having a great time! 1.40 quicker to the top than end of July. I know that doesn't matter, but it's encouraging.

In need of a proper rest day. Stomachs been doing better so hopefully I'll get away with it.
Sleep was ok but quite light. Woke up a couple of times and took a while to fall asleep. Think I got dehydrated yesterday.
