Felt tired the past couple of days but don't think it's mostly physical. Feels like some combination of over doing concentration, lack of sleep and increasing amount of tea, just hard to tell how much difference each is making.
Other alternative is I had the infrared sauna a couple of hours earlier than normal the past couple or days. Didn't think it would make a huge difference but feeling normal (for now which is still tired) after. Will be interesting to see how I sleep tonight.

Sleep wasn't great. Really hot at the start then when I'd cooled down legs started sweating. Think I overdid concentration yesterday and underdid exercise. Not feeling great.

Sleep was similar, maybe a tad better than yesterday. Feeling good :) come to the conclusion that I may have been in a shallow crash since the start of term and I'm now starting to come out of it. Certainly felt wired the past 2 days. Exciting cause was beginning to think that was my base. Feeling during and after lectures is improving, so hopefully wont be too long till I don't feel exhausted after going into class. :)

Got about 8 hours sleep (7 hours yesterday). Woke up a few times and could do with more but it's in normal people range. Very very gradually seems to be improving. Feeling better than I have for a long time.

Lol. Really can't cope with "stress" at all. Think spikes were when lecturer asked a question... Already knew this, just interesting to see it numerically. Avoided most life for a long time but even things like unexpected social media have had similar results in past.
Possibly best feeling I've had after a lecture so far.
Had the weirdest thing after where my eyes twitched every time my heart beated.

Sleep was ok but a bit disrupted and back to being awake after 4 (not sure if I fell back asleep). Increasing ki vita by a drop maybe making a difference and maybe caused coughing pre bed which I don't think helped. Who knows. Feeling similar to past few days, maybe a bit more tired.
