Note

Didn't sleep very well at all. Think it's monthly dip making multiple things more sensitive and one mistake leading to another.. Hopefully will get easier soon anyway.

Tried to increase Stevie to 2 drops yesterday but proved to be a mistake. Awake around 4-6 feeling hot and needed a snack. Slept the rest of the night but not the best feeling in morning. 8 weeks in and still amazing me how strong everything is!

Having a chill concentration day cause overdid it a bit yesterday and have been pushing hard so brain needs a break + Stevie making brain not work so well.

Knee still dodgy going downhill on hard surfaces so playing about through terrain/MTB tracks for a lot of it.

Not falling asleep as quickly as usual and think it's partly digestion.Yesterday overdoing concentration stressed my body and digestion has been off all day. Been gradually increasing fodmap still so maybe that didn't help but think it's mostly down to the state of my body. Also not getting rid of bacteria as well when digestion isn't optimum. Very timely reminder that it doesn't take much getting out of balance to cause a downward spiral.

Slept well again :)
Been dreading this week for a while but it's been really positive.
a) I've been sleeping for most of the night which is basically unheard of for me.
b) I'm in my monthly dip and I've still been sleeping and still functioning. Ok, I can tell my brain isn't working as well as recently but it's still better than a good day a couple weeks ago. Rhr is quite high so know that it is having an impact which is in some ways exciting cause means next week will hopefully be much better. Also more sensitive to herbal medications which will be why I was awake around 5 several days ago. I'm able to have some and still managing to function which is way better than last month.
c) digestion had been mostly good!! Really big step forward cause it's been very sensitive for the past year. Even in November I had problems for a week after not moving much, so wasn't sure what would happen after last week. :)
d) did I mention I've been sleeping?

Slept really well. Possibly got 7 hours solid + asleep most of night. Not used to this at all but very nice.
Brain worked much better after run. Don't know my limits at the moment but 22 min seems good.

Definitely back in monthly dip. Sleep was okish until 5 but struggled to get back to sleep. Not sure what to do other than accept studying will be limited. At the moment it's manageable and much better than last month.

Yay, running! Felt good and hr lower than previous times. :) Certainly got chest shifting.
Got 6.5ish hours sleep solid but woke up at 4 and didn't get back to sleep for 2-3 hours.
Brain isn't working so well and don't think it will for the rest of the week.
