Apart from being awake from 11.45 -3.00 sleep was good again. Didn't wake up otherwise at all. External factors so not too bothered. Can't quite bring myself to believe that sleep may have turned a corner yet. Seems way too good to be true.

Slept really well at the start, probably too well cause woke up around 2 and taking a while to get back to sleep. Really hot again so swapping duvet for blanket and letting feet have the duvet, at least what they're not too hot.
