Apart from being awake from 11.45 -3.00 sleep was good again. Didn't wake up otherwise at all. External factors so not too bothered. Can't quite bring myself to believe that sleep may have turned a corner yet. Seems way too good to be true.

Feeling v. Tired. Not sure this was a good idea but too late now. Sleep was good apart from around 5. Think the tea has caught up with me so going to back off.

400fc, 200fc kc, 100bc, 100fc kc, 200fc. Mixed it up by doing tumble turns with kick board on the kick. Not sure it's worth the water in the eyes. Arms weaaaaak.

Note

Slept really well at the start, probably too well cause woke up around 2 and taking a while to get back to sleep. Really hot again so swapping duvet for blanket and letting feet have the duvet, at least what they're not too hot.
