Sleep really good. Slept solidly till 5.30 and didn't snack till 6. Progress. Feeling a bit better I think. Very unsure if tiredness yesterday was due to overdoing it or just my normal issues.

Sleep and feeling better. Still took a while to eat breakfast but didn't have to wait for a long time before starting.

Round the seat with Juliet and Rosie. Legs feeling fine, pace on the fast side for me.

Weird night. Feeling both hot/cold and hungry/sick + multiple different types and locations of headaches. Took 5 hours to get to sleep and feeling sick this morning. I know I overdid it a bit yesterday but that doesn't add up to symptoms so who knows what's going on. Tiredness is good though. Confused.

Feeling to some extent sick all day. Really not sure why, maybe because it was warmer for a few days? Haven't had any herbal meds since Sunday so must be from my own immune system/maybe is completely random? Feels like it's overkill rather than active bacteria free to roam.

Sleep ok, bit too hot for me but past the point where it's completely stopping sleep (gets darker earlier so room has time to cool down) so hopefully a major issue of the past.

Feeling better today. Bit of a headache but big concentration day so not suprising. (+ Slight whooshing in head)

Awake for a few hours in the middle of the night and feeling a bit sick this morning. Ridiculously hungry yesterday as well so fairly sure immune system has been working overtime. Day off everything to hopefully let things settle down. Very expected given I did more than I was meant to so can't complain.
