Awake every couple of hours, think it was cause of intervals couple of days ago. No biggy though (wanted to try before term started so if it's too much it's be easier to say no to temptation, and if it was ok I'd have a better idea of what's manageable)

Sleep was really good apart from awake 4-6. Very expected but not sure what else I could have done. Feeling ok.

2 X 2 min (1 min) actual intervals felt quite good, a lot easier than my 2 min hard last week. Wd is way too intense though and given I have to go uphill think I may make myself walk if I ever do anything harder.

Sleep good. Energy ok but feeling sick. Usually it's almost completely died down by exercise time but not today. Lots of procrastination for this and core wasn't especially fun+ feeling more sick after as well. Ah well. 2s
