Note

Felt hot again last night. Woke up around 1 feeling very hungry. After a couple of snacks that didn't make the slightest bit of difference and an hour or so, I gave up on the idea of eating the hunger away and resorted to supplements that make me feel nausous. It worked and I managed to get some sleep, although probably not as good as if I'd eaten enough. Maybe need to eat more during the day but it's so hard....

Back in the pool, felt like home <3 although pretty warm after the sea/lochs.

Fairly big headache after but a bit headachey before so maybe to be expected. Hopefully a good place to build from. Don't normally notice feeling out of breath in the pool with easy swimming but definitely did today, feeling very unfit. Arms insta sore but to be expected after 3 weeks without use and they got better through the swim.

More evening coughing...

Better, fairly solid till 3 but then was quite hungry and eating didn't make much difference for an hour or so. Sleep not great after but I definitely did sleep.
Need another day off. Still find it crazy how sensitive I am. Been on k/t/s for best part of 10 months now and I've got nowhere with what I can tolerate. I have no idea how ill i am, but makes it feel like there's a very long way to go. Guess main thing is how much I've improved which is a lot more than how much I can tolerate.

Stupidly hungry again. Got hungry within the hour pre-bed so 2 bowls of nuts, 2 slices of toast with peanut butter and porridge with banana and seeds for a pre-bed snack. Was still hungry by 10 so topped up... Then more snacks between 1-2 to try stave off the hunger. By that point started to get that in between hunger/nausea combined with a sore throat and sore fingers classic, at least for a short while before the hunger kicked back in. Lost count of what/how many snacks by 3, but I can confirm it was a lot. Doesn't help that when eating I sometimes start gagging and also sometimes when standing up.
Don't nirmally have bowel movements in the night though and I did so body working hard.
Guess is this is still an after effect of having 3 drops ages ago, probably made worse by doing more exercise than I should (considering the 3 drops) and pushing too hard with uni?

Feeling pretty tired + body off balance + stomach is a tad dodge but big clear out day so to be expected. Amazed what I can do given that the signs suggest this should be a very bad day, at least compared to similar levels of too much bacteria earlier in the year. Worth mentioning that yesterday I started to introduce a new binder. Shouldn't be the main cause Wednesday night was very similar and I hadn't started it, but maybe has had some impacted. Pretty worried about it though cause supposed to build up to twice a day. When I took it last year exercise was a complete no go after taking it, including yoga. Maybe it's fine now, but will have to try keep it as far away from exercise as possible till I get a better idea on how I'll respond.

Very interesting. Cold and raining at the start but hr was really low and I couldn't help smiling. Part way through it stopped raining and warmed up, and suddenly it didn't feel so fun anymore and hr increased by about 20bpm. I think hr is correct given the feeling, the question is was it down to weather or had I just reached some limit? Lacking energy a bit by the end but mostly ok, feel worse compared to normal when resting.

Wired going to bed so took a while to fall asleep + very very hot and hungry the whole night. Couldn't eat enough and needed multiple switches of the cooling pad thing to try stay cool. Think I'll skip non yoga exercise today cause I have no idea what my limits are/they're probably very low.

Feeling tired and wired. Tired after run this morning despite feeling good after yesterday's run. Guess it's a mixture of bacteria and overdoing it the last 2 days. Definitely feel like I've killed too much bacteria and getting all the classic signs. Worried about tonight's 5-7. :(

Can't remember how sleep was. Not great, not awful. Not the best feeling, lacking energy + headache and head whooshing a bit this morning. Yesterday probably a tad intense.

Very hungry overnight which was highly predictable. Barely had anything for lunch yesterday either so reckon I ate more overnight than I did in the day. Sleep okish considering but definitely would have been better if I'd eaten more.

Round the meadows. Lacking energy a bit but could definitely be worse.
