Too tired to sleep for the first couple of hours. Felt normal/ok till 30 min pre-bed but then got very tired very quickly. Rest of night sleep was very light/wasn't sure I slept before 2. Need a proper day off.
Realised that now I've changed supplement timings I can go to bed a bit earlier though!! :

Sleep ok, fell asleep quick enough but awake 2-3 and a few other times. Snack at 2..

Not feeling the best. Energy on run mostly ok but there were a few dips, mostly on the flat. HR quite high and coughing a little after so will have tomorrow off to let breathing settle down.

Sleep a bit confusing. Took till 12.30 to get the supplements right and fall asleep, but apart from a snack at 10pm, didn't get hungry till 7. Feel like it's a step in the right direction though.
Not feeling great + lacking energy but ah well.

don't worry, wasn't really 39 minutes. I don't bother pausing my watch in the pool, but haven't quite decided how to log it. I think rests between reps and sets need to be logged but maybe not chat stops? Watch moving time ~26 min but that's also unrealistic

Sleep much better, didn't get hungry till 5 and I think that's just cause my body's used to eating. Feeling tired though, Wednesday evenings are a bit too intense. Lower back on one side (can't remember which) pretty sore. Wired.

Reaaally hungry again. No hunger until bam, suddenly I was very hungry and it was 30 min till bed. Not sure how much is supplements/swimming/lack of food? Think it must be at least partly supplements? Think it's partly fine with certain balances of k. Going to try stopping the immune support for a bit because I take that 1 hour before bed so would make sense if it made my body work harder. It really helped when I first started it, but maybe my immune system is now working too hard??

Anyway, tried eating a snack around 10 which didn't do anything so had tomorrow's dinner (without carbs) but that only reduced the hunger for a short time before I became even more hungry, was really hot and couldn't sleep. Got to sleep around 2 when I stopped feeling hungry and no hunger for the rest of the night....
Need a day off exercise, tiiired (+ rhr high)

Outside toes have been sore since part way through swimming and quite sore for walking/putting weight on. Not entirely sure but presumably arthritis?? Ankle a tad sore this morning but seems fine now.

Otherwise feeling good after swimming. Progress!

Sleep very light and feeling hungry again. Think I might try increasing smoothies/liquid type foods cause it's easier.
Chest feels like I have a cold so think it's a bad idea to exercise. Need to get used to breathing again haha. Also need to try get back on top of food.
