Sleep really good till 5.30. not sure what happened after but definitely awake for at least an hour.

Felt gooood! Smiling most of the way and loving running in the dark. Probably haven't run (outside of orienteering) at night for 3-3.75 years so was really enjoyable.
Chest is getting worse so day off tomorrow.

Monthly update:
Uni hadn't properly started by the end of last month so this was the big test. Currently have more work to do than I have done for the best part of 3 years so it could have gone very badly. Covid has been a huge help though with everything being online, but even so I've still been to more in person classes than I managed last semester, despite the timing being way worse. Think I'm managing 4-5 times the amount of work I did last semester and it doesn't feel so hard, so a very nice indication that what I've been doing is working.

Feeling's have been all over the place (with different symptoms) but I think the general trend is up. In september I felt nausous all the time and really struggled to eat. Now I feel a tad nausous from time to time but not bad and food is so much easier. I had a phase of coughing a lot. Not entirely sure what that's about but instinct based on timings is it's somehting to do with ki vita causing a load of mucus in my chest, which then causes me too cough when I exercise. Sleep has also mostly improved and I'm not having to snack every night which is big for me. It's still very dependant on getting supplements right but when has that not been the case.
What to say about supplements? After 10 months of getting nowhere and being super sensitive to miniscule amounts, I started tolerating/needing much higher doses around the 18th/19th of October so have gone from hovering around 1/2 and the balance feeling wrong/too high to now up to 10 (provisionally). I think this maybe coincides to my base feeling being a lot better but in all honesty it's kind of creeped up and I'm not sure I can accurately remember what I was like 2 weeks ago.

Exercise has obviously had a hit but that was always going to happen and I'm amazed I can do what I currently can. I still feel better after swimming 35minutes, whilst running 7 minutes doesn't have much immediate affect. Haven't yet come to a conclusion on feeling the day after though.

Socially I still feel like I'm more social than I have been for the past semester + most of last year. I guess in the past if I did something social, I would usually feel rubbish after and then would need company to get through, but that would usually be in the middle of the day when no-one was about and if they were it usually ended up with talking which I couldn't cope with, so I just didn't which usually made me feel v. lonely. Whereas now I can cope with some social and when I'm on my own I can do more by myself so I don't need people as much. Total socialising in class/flat/swimming is probably higher than whatever I did previously.

Basically a very positive month.

Again taking ages to fall asleep. Reckon it's menstrual cycle playing havoc in some new way but not sure. Also hoping that explains the room starting to spin at tjmes, at least we can hope. Also not sure how exercise is affecting it so maybe need to be extra careful next few days.

Weird feelings. Know I'm at my limit cause really irritable when trying to work/can't settle down among other things, but at the same time feel quite good which has only really started to happen in the past week or 2. Also no snack last night :)

Sleep quite good. Had to snack, feel like I'm not good at staying on top of food with 1.45pm swims
Feeling ok, turning a lot quicker than yesterday which is usually a good indication of energy. Was maybe a little over ambitious though with swim so headache after.

In a lane of 3 with 1 guy who was going about the same pace as me and a girl who was very slow.. Again she wasn't stopping at the ends to let people past so sometimes I was finishing a length at the same time as she was leaving despite us being about half a length apart at the previous end. Both me and the other boy ended up having to wait at the ends to give her time/stop swimming part way through the length so the life guards stepped in and told her to move to the slow lane, savage.

Need to get more on top of this, feeling tight. Not entirely sure why I haven't been doing it so much. Think it's a mixture of time and energy but there's always time to do some yoga and it can be very chill so that's not an excuse.
Feeling light headed after.
No bedtime class today.

Sleep really good and no snack. Experimenting with not using the cooling pad because it's more comfy without and I haven't been quite so hot the last 2 nights.

Feeling quite good but low on energy and felt very dizzy this morning when sitting, hmm.

Have definitely done something to my shoulder so going to have to stick to kick for the moment (and lazy breaststroke)

Note

took till 2.30 to fall asleep. chest not at all hot which is usually the case when I can't get.to sleep, so not the usual issue. Maybe something to do with walk but doesn't really make sense/I haven't reacted like that before. Then again, much stronger reaction than expected so maybe there's something else going on/I've done too many days in a row. Also wondered if it was clocks changing playing havoc with my body clock. Maybe I should have gone to bed an hour earlier.
