Sunday Nov 22 #

10 AM

Walking 1:05:20 intensity: (19:00 @1) + (41:48 @2) + (4:09 @3) + (23 @4) +136m
ahr:129 max:170 rhr:57

Got to sleep quickly once starting to relax, but awake 4-6 and feeling off balance again. Think I need to adjust ki quantity depending on duration of walk. Not quite sure how to go about this but definitely small changes in daily routine and quantity of ki is the best way.
With Madara.

Saturday Nov 21 #

Sleep very light and pretty hot at the start. Had some binders around 1 and slept really well for the rest of the night. Back to excess binders we go, cause clearly a good thing for sleep. Not sure when to have the extra ones though. Felt better as yesterday went on, so good to get some better feelings, however short lived.

11 AM

Walking 1:03:01 intensity: (42 @0) + (39:57 @1) + (19:27 @2) + (2:41 @3) + (14 @4) +111m
ahr:125 max:168

Felt pretty sick this morning and quite tired so took ages to get up. Felt decent on walk but possibly a tad more tired after. Also possibly just overthinking cause felt tired before. Either way will stick to this route for a week at least.
Very unproductive day but first time I've had a non forced day off that I can remember, so probably a good thing and still did an hour or so.
With Tess.

Friday Nov 20 #

1 PM

Swimming 49:38 [3] 2.0 km (24:49 / km)

Slept for most of the night and no snacks :) still quite tired though so back to normal binders to hopefully let my body work a little less.

12 PM

Walking 51:21 intensity: (4:08 @0) + (31:54 @1) + (14:17 @2) + (1:02 @3) +93m
ahr:122 max:158 rhr:57

Sleep much better. Took less time to get to sleep despite eating almost continuously for the hour before (although very slowly). Still woke up hungry but at least eating actually helped this time and I was able to get back to sleep. Dreamt for the first time since things went a bit wonky although dreams are so weird/twisted at the moment. Fairly tired but body is probably working quite hard so just going to roll with it.
With Roanne.

Yoga 15:00 [0]

10k (I hope) Not entirely sure how many binders I've taken either.

Wednesday Nov 18 #

Very very hot overnight, worse than usual. Able to hide the hunger a bit more/for longer with nausea but ultimately still coming back and no escape. Just not sure it's good to eat loads in the middle of the night, even if my body is asking for it. Think Ive been thinking about it wrong. Recently I've been fcusing on ki quantity but I can't get away with having much less because then there's too much bacteria in the system. Instead going to focus on binders, even if that means my body has to work a bit harder for the next week. Back to 30+ pills a day for a few days lol, but need to get to a stage where I can sleep asap.
11 AM

Walking 42:01 intensity: (19:15 @1) + (18:20 @2) + (4:09 @3) + (17 @4) +95m
ahr:131 max:167 rhr:58

Tuesday Nov 17 #

12 PM

Swimming 45:28 [3] 1.8 km (25:16 / km)

Sleep similar pattern but slightly better. Woke up at 4 pretty hungry so had a couple of snacks. After that hr was a bit all over the place and not entirely sure I slept, maybe I did. (Yesterday hr was high until I had a binder where it was quite low, but then when I gave up on not eating it became really high again.)
Feeling a bit better but still quite tired.

With Eilidh
400fc, 200bc
4 x (100fc kick, 100brs kick, 100fc)
Arms feeling like they're working again and not feeling quite so unfit/out of breath.
5 PM

Yoga 25:00 [0]

Wow, I am weak.
Feeling nauseous. Think that's good thing. Have gone through a very hungry phase followed by nausea a few times when getting back to a stable amount. At least I hope it's that way round....

Monday Nov 16 #

Ooooops. Last night had a moment where I couldn't remember the previous few minutes and consequently if I'd taken any ki. Assumed I hadn't but I think I must have. Sleep fairly normal hours but resting hr at 3am on watch was 65 and high stress levels. Feel like 8/10 drops must be about right overall maybe, it's just the timing is also important.
Not sure what to do today, think it'll need to be very chill.
3 PM

Walking 55:11 intensity: (1:05 @0) + (30:42 @1) + (19:07 @2) + (4:17 @3)
ahr:128 max:160

Kind of ok but definitely could be better. Energy not too bad though and felt good on walk! More hilly and jogged some of the downhill so pleased that hr is similar to previous times. So much fun to run again! Had forgot how good it can be.
