Note
Monthly update: fairly good month. Haven't had any days for a long time now where I'm not able to function or work. I think the biggest improvement is I'm able to consistently have 8-10 drops of ki, which may sound arbitrary, but I think the timeline of how quick I can get better is related to how much I can tolerate. Sleep is still a bit all over the place but again I'm not having many bad nights, it's just not so good nights. Work has upped a level since last semester with more deadlines. So far managing ok, so hoping that will continue. Work days are definitely longer than before which I can just about manage, but I'm not fully coping with waking up early yet. For the first time in 3 years I've started setting alarms but I've come to the conclusion I can't sustain it for many days, so I'm just using it when I need to. Symptoms and capabilities tend to go in phases, which at the moment the main change seems to be throwing up. Hopefully it's just accelerating getting rid of bacteria, but if not then hopefully it will just be another relatively short lived phase.
