Sleep not as good as previous few days but still ok. Awake for an hour or so. Mouth and throat feeling normal now so that's good and energy a bit better. planning on building up the ki retro very very slowly from now. 10 min still too much. Maybe climb taking a lot out of me? 16k
Slept solidly till 6. Backing off anti-viral till hopefully things die down a little, before building back up. Maybe symptoms would die down fairly quickly but after lyme who knows and this has probably been in my system for well over 1.25 years. Mixture of hunger and nausea at the moment. 16k
Sleep good, feeling ok. Sledging. Most snow I can remember which is great but was very very out of breath by the time I got to the top of the hill/field and chest not happy. Most of this time was making tracks but maybe will be a bit easier next time. Tired after. 14k

At some point last week (a couple days after starting to feel worse) I started an anti-viral supplement. In 2019 I tested positive for coxsackie virus without any acute symptoms at the time. I don't know what's happening but it's possible my immune system is finally able to fight any viruses in my system. Struggled to eat much for lunch and feeling nauseous after dinner which isn't normal for me (it's normally just morning). Tongue started to hurt on Monday and now spreading to roof of mouth so think I may have symptoms if hand foot and mouth caused by coxsackie virus
Sleep good and feeling good as well. Didn't feel like exercising so just sticking to yoga. Not sure if that's the best thing to do or if I'm overthinking. Always find new exercise harder and I don't know where my body is so really not sure what I can do. Immune system active in the morning but better in the afternoon along with energy. Yoga triggered coughing - first time in a while. Think I'm finally reaching the number of drops that is about right for now. 14/15k
Sleep really good and feeling good this morning. Looks like hr comes down every time I have more ki so hopefully will steadily improve. Definitely sleeping better and waking up earlier so although generally not feeling good and low energy there are good signs.
Learning how to xc ski. Just stayed in the garden and next door field cause I wasn't sure how much I can do and sure enough feeling tired after. Not sure how much I did cause forgot to start watch, but think I'm going to have to be very careful this week. 16k
