Feeling a lot better than yesterday. Last night there was some sort of party where people kept going outside and shouting on the street. Was stressing me out so used ear plugs but now right ear is full of pressure and can't really hear out of it (+ everything feeling off). Not particularly surprising cause right ear kept getting full of pressure at home when I lay on my right side.

Feeling tired after walks at the moment. Couldn't decide if it was just because I stopped moving and I was more aware of how I felt than the rest of the day or due to legit tiredness. Have come to the conclusion the feeling is worse than before the walk and returns to normal levels sometime after and think it's kind of ok when there's a bench involved. I don't really want to make the walls any shorter if I can help it, cause that will make it much harder to get out, so maybe will just have to have rests part way.
Took a while to get to sleep but energy better.

Sleep better and feeling a bit better than yesterday. Still would have very happily stayed in bed all day though.

Feeling noticeably stressed in the evening. Have no clue what I'm doing with ki given how much my response has changed to it recently, but I am fairly sure it's having a big impact on me, I just don't know what to do or how long this phase will last. Reducing doesn't help but I'm sure increasing so quickly is taking some time for my body to catch up and physically stressing my body. Also have a very intense period of uni in about a month which I don't know if I'm well enough for.. also some other fairly significant life things going on incase that wasn't enough.
Maybe need to force some relaxation/yin yoga + do more infrared saunas rather than pure rest.
