Walking 20:00 
Feeling tired after walks at the moment. Couldn't decide if it was just because I stopped moving and I was more aware of how I felt than the rest of the day or due to legit tiredness. Have come to the conclusion the feeling is worse than before the walk and returns to normal levels sometime after and think it's kind of ok when there's a bench involved. I don't really want to make the walls any shorter if I can help it, cause that will make it much harder to get out, so maybe will just have to have rests part way.
Took a while to get to sleep but energy better.
