Sleep not the best. Stressed going to bed because stressed about a presentation, cause I don't trust my brain to be able to speak coherently at the moment. Haven't been sleeping well anyway and then the increased temp amplified everything and took ages to calm down. Dont think I properly got to sleep till 1/2 and didnt feel very restful, but actually feeling ok. Don't normally get stressed about not sleeping but didn't exactly succeed last night. Don't really have enough time for exercise within my acceptable timings today so another day with no exercise.
