Sleep bitty and every time I seemed to move felt significantly hotter. Maybe will try binders after dinner? Still quite tired so gonna attempt another day off and see how much difference it will make. Also backing off ki seems to have massively increased nausea again so maybe it's not a good idea? Think whatever I take it will make some things worse and some things better.

Sleep best it's been for ages but didn't manage to stay on 18k. Reckon having 2 drops in the early hours yesterday morning made a difference so will try again today. Feeling quite tired but able to work sporadically which is all I needed. Definitely think I need to make a point to not get carried away with work and take regular breaks, especially since there's no class now. Bit achey, maybe from stretching (yoga)? or maybe from doing nothing.

Not sure what happened with sleep. Got to sleep fairly quickly but then some issues around 2/4 onwards. Mostly ok though so gonna try 18k again. Feeling better than yesterday and able to work. Not really sure if resting the brain further would help? Probably would, but also a bit scared to rest.

Sleep good and back to normal temperature. Feeling really tired though so think I'll just have a day off, otherwise think I'm just gonna feel progressively worse and not be productive anyway.

Monthly update:
Weird month. Sleep has been fairly constant with waking up at 4/5 a lot and mostly not getting back to sleep. Was feeling cold in the night till a few days ago but now feeling really hot so not sure what's going on there. Maybe ki timing /amount/weather outside/hormones? Think it would be good to have a slightly lower amount of ki if my body can cope so trying to do that just not very successfully. Physical energy has been probably the lowest it's ever been but mentally it's the same as the rest of the year so at least there's that. Feeling isn't any worse than normal eaither, it's just energy but could do with some more sleep and physical energy. Have really been slacking with yoga which is probably having multiple knock on effects and I think not exercising changes things too. Food is also not optimum with probably not eating as much as I need/leaving eating till I'm very hungry. Uni is ramping up significantly with about 3/4 of the years worth of credits in the next 1.5 months, so a bit stressed about that even if most of the work is done. Think symptoms are possibly now a combination of physical and psychosomatic so quite confused/lost/not sure what's going on, and some family stuff on the side probably helping.

Note

Sleep not great and feeling stressed. Think it may be time to introduce some yoga pre-bed.

Was told I should get going on the yoga again, which I knew but find it harder to motivate myself to do yin yoga compared to more active types, even though yin yoga js probably more beneficial for me.
Sleep ok, again awake at 5 but managed to fall back into an almost asleep state.
