Monthly update:
Weird month. Sleep has been fairly constant with waking up at 4/5 a lot and mostly not getting back to sleep. Was feeling cold in the night till a few days ago but now feeling really hot so not sure what's going on there. Maybe ki timing /amount/weather outside/hormones? Think it would be good to have a slightly lower amount of ki if my body can cope so trying to do that just not very successfully. Physical energy has been probably the lowest it's ever been but mentally it's the same as the rest of the year so at least there's that. Feeling isn't any worse than normal eaither, it's just energy but could do with some more sleep and physical energy. Have really been slacking with yoga which is probably having multiple knock on effects and I think not exercising changes things too. Food is also not optimum with probably not eating as much as I need/leaving eating till I'm very hungry. Uni is ramping up significantly with about 3/4 of the years worth of credits in the next 1.5 months, so a bit stressed about that even if most of the work is done. Think symptoms are possibly now a combination of physical and psychosomatic so quite confused/lost/not sure what's going on, and some family stuff on the side probably helping.
