Think I'm going to start doing short bursts of s+c throughout the day. Not sure if I'm using more energy than I have, I'm not using enough physical energy quite often and any stress I'm feeling is being converted into nervous energy, or possibly the most likely is I crashed last week without entirely noticing and now energy is coming back? Either way, if I want to get through exams I need to figure out how do deal with stress with my current body. Maybe it will sort itself out but equally it may not and Im struggling to not get stressed about being stressed. Resting completely has not worked for a long time for me, but walking is also hit and miss so hoping if it's little and often it will help? Will try for a few days and see if it helps.

Sleep more bitty, possibly due to drinking too much water semi close to bed. Tired and probably got carried away too much with work.

Sleep really good!!! Probably solid till about 6.40 which is maybe the best it's been for over a year?
Still quite tired, really bad at having a brain rest day. It's fine when really tired because I can do nothing, but in that awkward in-between when doing literally nothing is very boring but watching TV/talking is kinda hard. Think I'm just going to try do some work but make sure I have lots of breaks and have a compulsory sauna. Since I've stopped exercising as much I haven't been having time for my brain to completely switch off which is probably partly why it's built up.

Wasn't going to do anything but realised i needed food. A bit late, so a bit tired after. Shana really helped though so will try keep on yhat
Really worth watching. Basically a billionaire talking about some of the issues with Lyme disease in the UK and the affects on his family.
