Sleep ok, just very hungry multiple times. Seem to be back in the either nauseous or hungry phase. Feeling quite tired.
Energy decent on run, breathing again a problem but ran continuously and went a lot further relatively, at least if felt like it (didn't wait for gps and previous times it's been off anyway).

Weather is getting a lot warmer which means big changes in the body and lots of confusion. Sleep ok at start, but woke up at 3 and not sure I got back to sleep. Probably did but watch doesn't think I did. Felt very hot and throat scratchy which hasn't happened for a while.

Think I'm more tired than yesterday. Really hope it's just weather (and therefore sleep and immune system/infection) related. Legs have been reasonably achey past few days.

Energy felt good during run and breathing took longer to be noticeable. Mostly continuous but stopped for traffic. Possibly more tired after, but possibly also cause it was later in the day, and there's possibly some tiredness left over from yesterday.
Sleep good mostly.
15k. Think my immune system has changed capabilities so wonder if I should go even lower?

Wind down with Helen. Breathing doesn't seem to have been affected by the run, but am quite tired. Still think it's probably an overall doing too much than the run being too much though.

Not yet fallen asleep. Sleep a bit all over the place and think it's mostly varying depending on the amount of ki have/immune response/binders. Also potentially the run mobilizing things which alters sensitivity. Know that last year my tolerance decreased over summer, possibly due to warmer weather, so think theres a lot of factors at play I don't fully understand. Very confused cause my old underdoing it symptoms seem to now be overdoing it. Started the night on the same as yesterday which seemed to work, but felt off so increased but that was clearly the wrong thing to do. Not sure how much to decrease by, but presumably quite a lot? Will try 17k again I think?
Not aware of sleeping, watch thinks I got some around midnight.

Breathing at rest hasn't yet recovered from 2 days ago. Gut feeling is I should wait till it settles down before running again, but not feeling very patient. Felt a bit better immediately post run. Same route as the other day but 30s walking and 5s extra running.

Sleep good. Solid till 6, awake till ~7.30, asleep till 10.30. accidentally went to bed at 9.10 last night, didn't feel too bad so didn't notice the time. Feeling reasonable.
Coughing a bit in evening. Presumably from yesterday's run?

Awake from 3 and don't think I got back to sleep. Bit tired. Think it's probably mostly from infections but also aware my exercise has massively increased so maybe making a but impact too.
Not sure what to do with ki. 20k?

2 x 1 min (50s) - getting the lungs moving and making me want to cough. 0 tiredness after, but may keep it at this level until I adapt to having to breathe.
