Sleep good and best feeling I've had for a while. Coughing a bit later on, I think probably due to yesterday's walk (which felt hard on the chest at the time)

In the sea! Felt very nice. Arms started to get tired/hurt after 2 minutes which tbh is 1.5 minutes more than expected. Kept it short cause not used to using swim muscles, not sure how I respond to cold water and didn't get my usual rest afterwards. Overall day a bit too much but swim wasn't a problem. :)
Haven't quite figured out how to breath/spot when swimming into waves.

Sleep a bit worse and head feeling really light headed before getting out of bed. Feeling better than previous few days since getting up though.
Up the seat. wanted to do before leaving but thought it would be a bit too much. Did have a little rest at the end, but actually was ok I think.

Sleep really good. Nothing noticeable from yesterday's run, although there is always background tiredness so may have had an impact.

Possibly some additional tiredness post walk, so possibly down to knock on affects from yesterdays run.

This is probably a coincidence, but seeing a lot of similarities between the last few months and 2018 both mentally and physically (and concentration). 2019 and 2020 were fairly grim, so maybe a sign that this is me on the road out? Obviously still a very long way to go, but I think it's a good sign.

Sleep good and feeling better. Average energy on run - didn't feel forced but also lack of energy noticeable. If hr is right then there was a significant jump up at around 6 minutes, which is something that has happened before with exercise.
Not sure I'm drinking enough, at least have felt a bit light headed and vision has temporarily gone blurry a few times in the last few days.
