Was going to do 10km but felt stuffed so cut it short

Easy run, completely stuffed. Even bardwell valley forest didn't make me feel better. Running hard end long run and corp cup must have worn me out.

Corp cup. Bit longer course as macq point end closed.
Man, thought I was fit but apparently not, used to do this in 26 when fit or 28 unfit. Oh well. Hillier than I remember too!
Good to have done and felt pretty good so happy still
