Took Tess and my SS out for a short hill ride this morning up Burns Crossing and down Dicus Mill. Planned to ride out to Rt 3 but the bridge at the bottom of Dicus Mill was flooded out. Almost ran out of gears in my legs in the, thankfully short but brutal, climb back up from the bridge.

Walked/ran on he treadmill after work. Pouring down rain outside and not going outside till it stops sometime later this weekend. Didn't want to run but definitely makes me feel better about the wine later.
